Remote (video and telephone) counselling

At Signpost we offer one to one remote counselling. This is either via Zoom or telephone. Online counselling will require you to have a safe quiet space where you will not be disturbed for the 50 minute sessions. For all counselling we will require you to complete an online ‘Request an appointment’ form indicating which type of remote therapy you require. Once this is received someone from our admin team will contact you and forward a client/counsellor agreement form which will include our safeguarding details.
