Our Trustees
Gill Rogers

Gill is a Registered Nurse by background with over 30 years of experience in the NHS, working to support individuals and organisations that provide care to patients in their own homes and communities. She is passionate about education for staff working in General Practices. Gill is a volunteer mediator for Mediation Hertfordshire. Gill is delighted to be working with Signpost as a Trustee to support the work of this amazing charity for young people in Watford.

Helen Gracie – Chair

Helen is a Business Analyst with 10 years experience working with many different organisations including central government departments, local government, tech start-ups and global brands. Helen specialises in digital transformation projects and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Guy Foxell

Guy’s background is in Youth and Community work, his previous role was working at the UK’s largest youth centre, in South London. Prior to that he oversaw youth and children’s work at a variety of churches across the country and ran a charity delivering community programmes across the Welsh Valleys. Guy has a degree in Youth and Community work from King’s College, London, but before that he pursued an interest in ancient history and literature gaining a masters degree in Anglosaxon, Norse and Celtic.

Steve Bailey

Steve’s background is in high-growth business environments. He brings a wide-range of commercial and organisational development experience to his work as a trustee.

Maria Watkins

Maria is a lawyer with over 20 years of commercial law experience both in law firms and in-house, including some well-known brands. She is very pleased to be able to support Signpost as a trustee as she has a personal interest in mental health services, having been a carer for a number of years. She tries to bring to the trustee role both transferable skills from her profession, such as understanding and disseminating complex issues and passion as a parent who has navigated young people’s mental health services.
